Bugfest. A successful toast appears after clicking on "In transit items report (CSV)"

Description

Preconditions:
1. Snapshot env is opened
2. Inventory app  opened
3. Some items have "In transit" status

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into some FOLIO Snapshot as user diku_admin

  2. Click on Actions drop down menu

  3. Select "In transit items report (CSV)" option 

  4. Pay attention on toast

Expected Results: If the user wants to download the "In transit items report (CSV)", a success toast is displayed.
Actual Results: If the user wants to download the "In transit items report (CSV)", an broken toast is displayed

The export in progress toast is fine. The intransit report itself is timing out or exceeding some buffer size in Kiwi. There are almost 28,000 items intransit in Kiwi.

Tested in snapshot as far as I can tell. The report is so small that the export in progress message flashes by.
