I think it is on us to make it easier to step up and contribute, maybe mentor newer members Von Paula Sullenger - Texas A&M an alle 04:38 PM Who can edit the jamboard? Can anyone looking at it change it? Von Kathleen Berry (UMA/5C) an alle 04:39 PM we could change the permissions post meeting to view only if there is a concern about editing after the exercise Von Jesse Koennecke (he/him) an alle 04:40 PM I need to head to another meeting. Many of these topics are about folks collaborating and agreeing on stuff, otherwise they aren’t valuable. That has to be an inherently collaborative process Von Ian Walls an alle 04:54 PM absolutely agree that we need to get folks to agree about terms and things. But as noted earlier, there is a lack of empowerment in the community, so folks tend to wait on someone else to do/start the work Von Marc Johnson an alle 04:54 PM Platform minimal progressed outside of the councils. That ship has sailed. Von Paula Sullenger - Texas A&M an alle 04:57 PM Have to drop off early Von Kathleen Berry (UMA/5C) an alle 04:57 PM a digestible roadmap would help us define our resource needs and pitch ways to get involved Von Marc Johnson an alle 04:57 PM How can a roadmap be written when we acknowledge the community is aligned on what it wants to achieve?

Reference Environment update Hkaplanian reports after discussions with Mark Veksler and other POs, there is no slack in any team to take on this work. It is estimated that 0.5 FTE could handle this work. The would be roughly $50k if an EPAM resource was contracted.
