Implementation is being conducted by EBSCO. Internal team is being jointly led by Systems Librarian, Collections & Cataloging Librarian, Web Services Librarian and Director of Library Services. Library Technicians representing e-resources, metadata, and acquisitions are also part of the implementation team.
Has your institution hired additional staff? How were they funded?
No

We went live on May 31 with Inventory, Circulation, ERM, and patron empowerment in our existing EDS instance, followed by Acquisitions, Cataloging and Course Reserves in August.
Does your institution plan to run FOLIO in parallel with your current ILS? How long? Please explain.
