ACCEPTED - Solution is defined and accepted by stakeholders
REJECTED - Solution dismissed
IN PROGRESS - Implementation is in progress
DONE - Implementation is done and released
Impact
LOW - No significant architectural impact
MEDIUM - Requires changes in at least one module
HIGH - Requires changes in multiple modules and/or impacts core functionality
