Communications	Team	Update to TC scheduled for June 23. Will report back. Upcoming conferences: UKSG Annual Conference – 6/30/21 deadline: https://www.uksg.org/form/uksg-2022-call-for-papers(will submit a session similar to what was submitted for the Charletson pre-conference) Ian I will take the lead on this conference Ian, no other comments but will work with Kirstin to provide a proposal. Charleston Conference - 7/16/21 deadline: https://www.charleston-hub.com/the-charleston-conference/call-for-papers/ (per-conference submission by Boaz, Paula, Kirstin, Jesse) Does anyone know of any other submissions? Other that proposal by Boaz, no. Charleston session format and threads: https://www.charleston-hub.com/the-charleston-conference/session-formats/ Boaz Nadav Manes has submitted a preconference proposal to Charleston on OSS. It's a workshop. This isn't a FOLIO preso though. UKSG - Ian Ibbotson (Use this one) can help us think about how to approach UK institutions for onboarding as well as grant funding. A personal contact will go farther than a letter for this audience.
Quarterly Community Meeting	Mike	Planning for this meeting to happen Q3 - July/August/September. No details yet. Mike will survey people to determine a time.
Onboarding	Mike	Onboarding Videos of CC topics - session scheduled for 6/30/2021 Idea from previous meeting - set up a SIG or other type of group to support new FOLIO community members. Help to network and share information. Action item for someone? Mike to join Community Outreach SIG meeting June 25th and discuss this topic with that group, bring discussion/ideas back to CC. Mike will discuss with the community outreach SIG
Treasurer Update	Paula	Receiving payments from member organizations, both annual fees and one-time help. See "Income" in Treasurer folder. Most payments require me to register FOLIO as a vendor on their system. Since we share the Tax ID with OLF, some payments are defaulting to the OLF account and the OLF Treasurer will transfer. I will work on untangling those vendor registration as I have time - priority will be to set up new registrations. I will get a working budget up by the end of the month. May not be able to completely untangle OLF & FOLIO finances by July 1 as hoped, but we'll be close. Paula: We have some funding. 57k in the bank. No spending any of it until July. Bottom line looking better.
Elections	Mike/Harry	Underway - voting to end June 25th. 314 Votes cast so far. Question on FOLIO sponsored individuals running for election Todo: We must revise governance and discuss the situation. Next week.
Updates from Fund-seeking SubGroups	Teams	Grant Seeking subgroup (Tom, Mike, Ian, Leander) - no progress ( ? ) Grow the membership (Harry, Boaz, Simeon, Marko)- now meeting bi-weekly. Discussing the target audience (first one - libraries running FOLIO who aren't yet active in the community, or institutions that contributed to the pointing exercise for Kiwi). Discussing "what the message is"... This week to review prior messages/calls for participation for inspiration for upcoming messages. Progress? Update: There seems to be a split between libraries that rely on IT and libraries that don't. We need to do more to support libraries that rely on IT to enable them to contribute to FOLIO. Review Strategic Goals and Objectives	Team	A group of FOLIO members contributed to the FOLIO Vision, Strategic Objectives and Initiatives which was published in December 2020. The Community Council will review this list and begin to identify and prioritize its goals for the coming year. Review via Google Doc version of Wiki page ACTION ITEM: Last week, we assigned everyone to go through the document and tag items that are owned (Partly or wholely by community council). (Sorting hat phase) Today -Discuss turning goals into SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Realistic, Timely).
