Updated Dates

Laura E Daniels

  • Changes made in one record trigger change to last updated date in another record (see for example MODINVSTOR-1220 - Getting issue details... STATUS )

    • From Laura on Slack:

      • We do not want changes to related records to modify the last updated date in most cases.

      • In other cases, it makes sense for the related record's updated date to change, but we want the user to be reflected as "system" rather than an individual.

      • Having a change tracker in place would alleviate many of the concerns, though perhaps not all. ( UXPROD-4125 - Getting issue details... STATUS )
