How is your implementation team organized?

No.

Is your institution planning to be hosted? Self-hosting? Still considering both options? Please explain.

Still considering which option is the best overall fit.

Is your institution considering a partial implementation, such as the ERM first? Please explain.

We are considering first deploying circulation for a mid-academic year implementation (December 2020), followed by a clean cutover of all functionality at the beginning of the next fiscal year (July 2021). ERM implementation may happen prior to a full deployment.

Does your institution plan to run FOLIO in parallel with your current ILS? How long? Please explain.

We would run two systems (OLE and FOLIO) concurrently for six months. FOLIO would manage circulation, while OLE would continue to manage acquisitions and cataloging. There would be a clean-cutover at the next fiscal year. As we do not currently have an ERM, there is no hard cutover date for ERM functionality.

How sure are you of the plans described above? Why or why not?

We are conducting a full investigation of this option during the the first part of 2020.
