Do we need a way to quickly see if a patron has done a lot of claimed returns?
When an item is claimed returned, overdue fines will not have been billed yet—they will be pending. Pending fees/fines are only viewable within Loan History and Loan Details since they have not yet been billed. What should we do when a claimed returned comes through?
a. Leave the overdue fine as pending, but stop calculating more.
b. Leave the overdue fine as pending and keep calculating more.
c. Clear out the pending overdue fine and just wait to see if the item is found.
d. Move the pending overdue fine to suspended fees/fines and wait to see if the item is found.
