- new capacity planning team, ranking process coming shortly (march 19, released by march 22)
- using a point pool to determine rankings
- please continue to rank
- a way to highlight the most important aspects

- workflow 1
- add a toggle to the invoice approval modal
- receive all expected pieces
- example of a one-time order of 4 copies of something to the main library
- status is determined by whether 'release encumbrance' is checked or not
- if it is NOT checked, the toggle will tell the system is 'partially' received'
- release encumbrance needs to be toggled to acknowledge the order is fully paid
- Approving an invoice would mark all those items received for that action?
- quick-receive, but could apply to multiples
- this would include all POLs and invoices on the order
- other approach would be to include the information in the invoice line itself
- another way to think about it would be to consider these received items to go to 'in process'
- to receive is the only way to do this (either in batch or one-at-a-time
- it has to be 'in-process' for anything else to happen to it

UXPROD-2893 - Print/Save order and order lines as PDF Draft Print/save order and order lines as PDF | | - there are different workflows for printing to PDF
- 2 possible workflows
- user is interested in 1 specific order
- find print action in menu
- from chat (Reminders are also an interesting feature for printing )
- Some functionality about exporting order data to PDF (instead of, say, csv)
- you would print all these orders to one PDF file
- could determine the number or completion of fields being added to the PDF
- the single-order print-to-PDF is the priority for most situations
- Team is looking at a combined workflow that blends the two above options
- there would be a basic template for the print, but this could allow for some choice of fields
- mockup of print-to-PDF priority information
- Looking for some kind of basic template to work this out for compromise with design time
- from chat (Probably would want a standard number in the table. )
- other examples needed other than orders?
- this print tool is selecting information for the browser print to PDF function
- the tool itself is NOT generating a PDF (It is relying on the standard browser print-to-PDF capabilities
- Are there other record types or examples that are needed?
- Another mention of print reminders
- from chat (regard to PDF. normally the institutions design their own format with University branding with logos. maybe design something generic will be solutions for few libraries and will no be efective. i have seen others finaces software that has its own printing app )
