Problem(s):

  1. Not knowing what recent edit have been can made to organizations makes it difficult to troubleshoot issues
  2. Not having a complete history of Organization changes can mean sacrificing valuable information when a comment is changed etc.

(SAMPLE) As a staff member who has to interact with certain roles within an Organization, I need current information about who is in those roles. I may also need information about who previously held that role, for instance, to look up past communications or to reference prior interactions, in order to maintain consistency with vendor relationships.
