Brief description
This is the second test for ECS circulation functionality, focusing on item level requests. This functionality includes the ability to create item and title level requests in borrowing and lending tenants. For the Library of Congress, this mean requesting from the Central tenant and a Collection/Data tenant. The goal of this test is to verify that ECS item level request functionality works as expected.

Instructions
1. Create an Item level request < update from Central tenant
Log into
Change your affiliation from [kjgdghfd] to [dlkhfdosihf]
Navigate to the Inventory app
Find [title]
Open the Consortial holdings accordion until you find an item barcode
Copy the item barcode
Navigate to the Requests app
From the Actions dropdown menu, select New
Check to make sure the box next to Create title level request is not checked
Paste the item barcode into the Item barcode box and select Enter
Select the Requester lookup link and select the check box next to Active
Choose a requester from the list and select enter
Select a request type and pickup service point
Click enter
Questions for form
Did the item and requester areas populate with the correct information
Were you able to place a request successfully?
Did you see the green success message at the bottom right of the screen?
View Item level request details
Log into
Ensure you are affiliated with the data tenant you used to place your item request
Navigate to the Requests app
Select any of the following filters by checking the box:
Holds
Pages
Open - Not yet filled
Item
Scroll through Requests that appear in the main pane of the Requests app and locate a request you placed in this testing session
Click on the request

When you clicked on the request, did a third pane entitled Request details load for you?
Edit an Item level request
Log in to
Navigate to the Requests app
Using the search box or filters on the left, look for the request you created in steps 1
Select the request by clicking on it’s line in the results table
Review the following in the Request details pane: Request expiration date, Fulfillment preference, Pickup service point
Click on the Actions button in the Request details and select Edit
Edit the form by adding a Request expiration date, or by changing the Fulfillment preference or Pickup service point
Click Save & close
Click on the Actions menu in the Request details and select Edit again
Edit the form a second time by adding or changing the Request expiration date, or by changing the Fulfillment preference or Pickup service point
Click Cancel
Questions for form
Did you locate a request you placed previously?
Were you able to change the contents in one of the fields listed in the instructions?
Were you able to Save & close an edited request?
Did you see the changes reflected in the Request details?
Were you able to edit the same request a second time?
Were you able to cancel the edited form?
Did your edits appear in the Request details?
Cancel an Item level request
Log in to
Navigate to the Requests app
Locate the request you created in step 1
From the request details, select the Actions dropdown
Select Cancel
Select a Reason for cancellation from the dropdown menu
Click Confirm
Look at the request details and note the request status

Did the request status update to Closed - Cancelled?
