From Users > Settings, go to Patron block template. Ex “Reader card lost.”
To use these templates - go to a user, create a block, then just select the template whenever that feature is available (not on dev-snapshot yet due to UIU-1910 being in Code Review).
Should be ready by early January.

The group felt that it will be a very useful feature for streamlining data entry.
Reporting on block template codes will also be possible on the back end (for ex., how many people are currently blocked due to a given reason). The Reporting SIG will be informed about this after the release, so LDP etc can report on the templates
