The PC endorsed the functionality in mod-reading-room and ui-reading-room
Note: Although our endorsement is not dependent on this and we understand that time until feature freeze is limited, we also recommend renaming the modules in the code to remove the word "reading" since it suggests a very specific use of the functionality. Based on the presentation, it seems that this new functionality could be used in many other situations to manage restricted access to library spaces. If the name change in the code is not feasible, we recommend renaming the App in the UI.
