The Notice does not get deleted when item is returned.

Feedback:

• There should not be a notice on a closed loan.
• recurding will stop but the notice after will get sent
• Settings - Circulation - Patron notice policies (especially the events that trigger notices)#,Item%20aged%20to%20lost,-Item%20state%20was
• rescheduled from last week's meeting
