Upcoming Actions:

  • Install documentation was created by "mentor" and a "documentation writer." Do we need both roles for maintaining documetation? Question for documentation WG.
  • would like to have one meeting at a time Lucy can attend, just to make introductions. Jason to coordinate.
30Folio documentationHarry / Ingolf

Good news about Marcia, who will be funded by EBSCO up to and including June for the Folio documentation.

Stipulation (from PC notes): Each SIG needs to have someone participating in the WG and putting up documentation, would like names by next week so can start working in March

A newly forming documentation working group will be led by Dracine.

Status of our reviews:

  • Single server installation guide : David Crossley is not in charge of keeping this up to date. The current version was created by a Mentor from EBSCO and a Google Seasons of Docs Tech Writer.
  • Single server guide: Review by Preston Howell  ?
  • Single server without containers: Review by Johannes Drexl

Tod Olson asked Dracine about qualifications for people for the documentation working group. He will post the answer to the SysOps Slack channel. Jason will create a group poll after that.
