    • Agreements Local KB subgroup will start on March 20th – ics files available from wiki page: Agreements Local KB subgroup

    • eHoldings Subgroup will start next week March 13th – eHoldings subgroup Zorian will share meeting link via ERM team channel

    • Right now the ERM team channel in Slack will be used and it will be discussed in the subgroups whether there will be new Slack channels.

    • Please note the time changes in the US and then later in Europe (meetings are an hour earlier for Europeans for the next 3 weeks)

    • Small UI changes and performance improvements

    • Framework needs to be updated Grails 6

    • Released a version of Mod-Agreements minor version of the Poppy version with performance improvements / will be tested with GBV / Poppy CSP process will be started / only affect performance improvements related to harvesting data from GOKb – not impact on other users / Improvements are in Quesnelia as well

    • Record the package title count from GOKb / Work on similar count of number of titles in packages within the local KB / report on differences would be possible / limited time, not sure if it will be in Quesnelia

  • WOLFcon session planning - (September 24 – 26, 2024 - London) | submission deadline March 31st

    • collect ideas here: https://easyretro.io/publicboard/wQfyTYJdn8XPcISDKH6XiSEtaRt2/aacddb23-3725-41a5-9fdb-d67ddc9c43fd

    • Submissions until March 31

    • Different session’s length and options

    • Hybrid is difficult and a challenge

    • Far in advance – what can we talk about in September?

    • Reserve slots and topics can be added later

    • Fee for virtual participation 50$, will be used for equipment, but rooms are different and it can be challenge

    • Zorian:  possible topic report on organizational changes with new subgroups after 6 months (in September)

    • Sara: bringing information back to the ERM SIG / Those subgroups are very important for local KB and eholdings users

    • Martina S.: Assume all our sessions will be hybrid

    • Owen: session on search – where should we be going with search in ERM? What are the outcomes we are aiming for?

    • Owen: feedback from those using the system, last WOLFcon – seeing people how they use it always so helpful – like and dislike about the system – sharing what is like to use the system?

    • Martina S.: Search is a good topic – helpful multiple presenters each for a couple of minutes. Presenting day-to-day use

    • Sara: elastic search does this include the query language searching – maybe include in the discussion

    • Martina S.: cross apps topics? Cross Apps topics – Agreements work with Orders, Agreements work with Inventory, presenting workflows and look at these situations

    • Sara: Exporting – how to get all across app data?

    • Zorian (chat): bulk importing and exporting

    • Owen (chat): I wonder if the Workflows app people are going to be presenting at WolfCon? If so I think a session on impact of that app on ERM would be a really good idea

    • Zorian: session comparing with other system

    • Owen (chat): I think “working documentation” as opposed “system documentation” is an interesting point

    • Please add your ideas and comments to the board and vote until March 25th, that will give us some time to submit the sessions

Will the Agreemets Local KB Subgroup have its own slack channel or also just use the already existing ones?
Zorian Sasyk | EBSCO FOLIO Implementation 14:07
eHoldings subgroup meeting is next week at this time too
scolglaz 14:08
Is there a separate Zoom link?

I think there are definitely parallels for other groups - e.g. different discovery systems integrating, different finance systems etc.
scolglaz 14:35
But maybe it would be good to hear from you what you would find useful/interesting to hear/see from us?!
That was meant re: Owen now
Re: the search tile, can we also mention Filtering … because it is always Search & Filter, and how they interact or do not interact in the most wonderful ways
Owen Stephens 14:45
Inventory is definitely more challenging and complex but all implementations of search come with their challenges. In Agreements a lot of the challenges are going to be about integrating the resources and the Agreement lines and the Agreements and making sure search works across all of that in a sensible way
And you have to decide aspects like “what is the hierarchy of the data in the search engine” - which isn’t something from a user perspective you care about but it makes a big difference to how easy it is to surface certain information in search
Zorian Sasyk | EBSCO FOLIO Implementation 14:48
bulk importing and exporting

I wonder if the Workflows app people are going to be presenting at WolfCon? If so I think a session on impact of that app on ERM would be a really good idea
Sempertool and ROAM both mentioned on a mailing list this week
WOLFCon in OLF so definitely possible we’d have attendees of different systems (esp. Coral)
Owen Stephens 14:53
I think “working documentation” as opposed “system documentation” is an interesting point
scolglaz 14:54
Not even.
Owen Stephens 14:58
Thank you all
Come to London if you can 🙂
