Meeting Notes:
Brooks Travis raised the topic of UIU-2472 Fee/Fine Permissions – Create view fees/fines permission.
- “User: Can view fees/fines and loans” – current name
- Question: Are there use cases where someone might want to see fees/fines but not loans? Not really.
- Summary: No objection to including view loans in this permission set – keep name as is.
- Any objection to deferring to Lotus? – it would be ideal to make this available for Kiwi but if documentation is provided to show how to achieve these permissions it would be okay to wait until Lotus.
Jana Freytag raised the topic of the Prioritization process working group.
- 'The prioritization working group is to propose a new process for identifying priorities for development in FOLIO. The group will consider how to get input from the community on priorities, taking into consideration institutional as well as SIG requirements.'

...
- Let Jana know if you are interested in joining this group to work on the replacement process for Jira institution rankings and point exercise.
- Results will be used to provide information to the Roadmap Group to use.
- Probably will be a bi-weekly meeting. Jana will ask.
- This is a limited time period group, just to create the process. The implementation of the process will be another group.
- Marie Widigson and Thomas Trutt agreed to participate in the group.
Jana Freytag asked us to discuss WOLFCon topics.
- FOLIO’s needs for WOLFcon 2022 - https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1w3o_wHjpgtqNKVSMiIWgZ46wQEnAopsKruv1ikk32yk/edit#slide=id.g1014119ffe9_0_0
- FOLIO at WOLFcon - https://folio-org.atlassian.net/wiki/display/CC/FOLIO+at+WOLFcon
- If we propose a topic, do we have to present it ourselves? – No, we are just brainstorming ideas.
- Reviewed topics that have already been submitted.
- Came up with these topics:
- Documentation needs – how to keep track on versions of documentation for the various releases of FOLIO.
- RA SIG Joint PO SMEs discussion
- RA Implementer - lessons learned, show and tell
- Integration with discovery systems/patron functionality – APIs, user integration, what is needed, what is working
- Integrations into FOLIO – maintenance of integrations from outside
- Hacking FOLIO - using the existing APIs to fill functional gaps via locally and community-developed scripts, services, and web-applications
- Permissions – how permissions work? General information on that since there is a lot confusion still, name standardization.
- There is interest for those of us who can attend WOLFCon in person to meet up.
Jana Freytag brought up testing needs. If you can help with retesting, please do:
