Tom moved everything over to the new Wiki Confluence space: Implementers SIG
Tom has been reorganizing our files from last year as he moves them over: mostly meeting agendas and notes. Thomas asks for feedback on the organization of the space. He is still checking links.
EVERYONE: if every library could please check that their Primary Institution Contacts are up to date before our next meeting, that would be very helpful. Thomas will reach out later if any seem to be out of date. (See Implementers SIG)
Thomas threatens to discuss Obsidian every week. Tara is here for it.
Re-Architecture Discussion: Tom reached out to Vince and Craig who asked us to review some videos in preparation for a discussion with them. We could do this as homework or in a meeting.
Postman: Natalie K suggests discussing Postman and API basics. We also consider potentially talking about other tools.
Stop trying to make hurl happen, Peter. (But in all seriousness, this is valuable for those comfortable with the command line, and should be something we include.)
Serials (Natalie): we could ask the POs to give us an update on Serials functionality at some point
Bound-Withs
Scheduling Reports: Tara asks if we can talk about how libraries are scheduling regular reports
New Features in Poppy: Thomas suggests that we discuss new features coming in Poppy, including improvements in Circulation.
Circulation Rules: Thomas suggests we might do this as a perennial favorite.
ECS, and features coming with that (Thomas)
ERM and Acquisitions (Jamie)

Thomas asks if there are any issues we want to follow up on or features we wish to shepherd along?
Olga asks about the Item Price feature we had discussed. Tara recounts the tale: we took this idea to the RA SIG and discussed it there. From there, Tara and Joseph Molloy at Spokane took the issue to the PO, Ann-Marie. This was unfortunate timing, as Ann-Marie retired, but she very helpfully put us in contact with the right POs. Joseph Molloy is working on the Jira issue with Tara's help, to be reviewed by Khalilah and others when it is ready.
Booking feature: Olga is interested in discussing bookings in FOLIO (see

Thomas suggests we might spin off a smaller group to discuss this one.
Courses: Stephanie is interested in talking about the Courses app.
Courses has no PO, but Thomas thinks we can follow up on this.
Open Access app: how institutions are using the Open Access app.

FOLIO Bake Sale / final actions
As we stall and let people come up with any ideas, we wonder: Should there be brownies or cookies at the FOLIO bake sale?
There's such a thing as a hummingbird cake, but is there a bee cake?
No one seems to have any further notes, so we ask that everyone give this a good think, and post any additional ideas to slack.
