David has created a Consortial Reporting Needs page and transcribed our Resource Sharing discussion into a table of needed reports - thoughts/comments

- would be good to indicate whether the report is needed by the consortium, individual member libraries, or both
In addition to specific reporting needs, there are also general functionality needs for reporting - sharing report templates (both within a consortium and maybe to a larger community or library-to-library)
Coordinated collections - Report alerting to when the consortium is above/below threshold for max/min number of copies
- Overlap report
- data element - which library is responsible for subject area
- how are assignments for subject areas made?
- call number? format? subject heading?
- list of titles that should be retained according to retention parameters
- total number of items retained (both at the consortium level and the individual library level)
- ad hoc shelf list reports with additional data points (# of owning libraries, retention responsibility by my library, retention responsibility by other libraries in consortia)
- ad hoc report of items that don't have commitments
- analytical report to look at changing retention parameters
- see how many items currently have commitments (and then how many don't)
