First meeting will be Thursday, January 23rd at 11:00am using the regular RA SIG. Susan Kimball will add folks to the invite for the RA-Reserves subgroup (theo_wolf@emerson.edu and cunnin97@msu.edu).

From Charlotte Whitt on the RA-Reserves channel pre-meeting: appoint 1-2 persons who volunteer for writing up jira tickets - kind of being the temporary PO or even the PO 
And when writing up your bug and story tickets then I suggest to distinct your tickets between:
Short term changes: which might be smaller adjustments tickets to the current version on Course Reserves app.
Long term changes: which probably require the Course Reserve app to be re-factored. As you all know Courses was one of the very early developed apps, and FOLIO has moved on with rocket speed since that, and it's definitely time to get Course Reserve app to be updated (but that requires funding)
