Ramsons release updates

Bulk edit Ramsons bugfest update:

Bugfest is not going well and has been extended. Please help by claiming tests in TestRail! If you don’t have time to claim tests, please do exploratory testing in the Bugfest environment and provide feedback to Magda is something is not working as expected.
It’s more complicated this time since we are actually conducting bugfest on 4 environments.
Please do not run large bulk edit jobs in Bugfest environment.

Known issues/lower priority: These issues may be carried over to the Sunflower release. Let Magda know if you disagree with the assigned priority.
