- Log into the test environment (linked above) using the credentials provided.
- Confirm that your active affiliation is set to "Central tenant"
- Look for the "Consortia manager" application in the app menu
- Open Consortium manager
- Confirm that All available tenants are selected in "Selected members" modal

- Select "Authorization Roles" in left pane
- Select any tenant other than the central tenant in the member dropdown, in the second pane
- Click action menu
- Click "New" to create a new role
- Click Save & close
- Assign one or more users to role

Role creation via Consortia Manager - Shared
- Select "Authorization Roles" in left pane
- Select central tenant in the member dropdown, in the second pane
- Click action menu
- Click "New" to create a new role
- Click Save & close
- Select newly created role
- Click action menu in third pane
- Click Share to all
- Click Submit in confirmation modal
- Assign one or more users to role
- Select any tenant other than the central tenant in the member dropdown, in the second pane
- Select the newly created shared role
- Assign one or more users to role form the selected tenant
- Navigate to Users app in central tenant
- Select one of the users to which you assigned role(s)
- Expand "User roles" accordion
- Choose relevant tenants in Affiliation dropdown to confirm that roles were correctly assigned to the chosen user (Note there is currently a bug that prevents you from seeing roles for tenants that are not currently set as your active affiliation)
