Updates from Various Reporting Related Groups and EffortsVarious

The Reporting SIG is using small work groups to address priorities and complete our work. Each week, we will provide updates to the Reporting SIG from these various reporting-related groups and efforts:

  • Community and coordination
  • LDP Report Working Group
  • LDP Data Privacy Working Group
    • reviewed list of reports containing personal data needed – none needed by go live
    • Ingolf giving Nassib specifications on anonymization for LDP
    • REP 147 and REP 148 needed a quarter after go live 
    • still some definition needed from Data Privacy Officer for GDPR for org
  • LDP SysOps Working Group
    • Chicago maintained access to historical data in SQL dbs
    • Voyager-to-Folio institutions working on access to Voyager Legacy data
  • Software development
    • Angela focused on testing to build robust test dataset and working with Vandana on query development
    • added the Effective Location attribute to Folio so that we can eventually use it in the LDP
    • working on anonymizing user data
    • built testing framework for queries to compare changes in query results
    • looking at ad hoc operational reporting
