We are considering first deploying circulation for a mid-academic year implementation (December 2020), followed by a clean cutover of all functionality at the beginning of the next fiscal year (July 2021). ERM implementation may happen prior to a full deployment. |

We would run two systems (OLE and FOLIO) concurrently for six months. FOLIO would manage circulation, while OLE would continue to manage acquisitions and cataloging. There would be a clean-cutover at the next fiscal year. As we do not currently have an ERM, there is no hard cutover date for ERM functionality. |
