(Indicate if a shelving location is open or closed to patrons). Came up in CDL. Allows you to designate that a location is closed to patrons. Setting would default to open to users. Closed stacks or locked stacks might use this function. CDL could also take advantage of this to restrict lending. Not currently influencing request functionality.
