- David B.: Bug - it is currently possible to edit/change the item Barcode while it is on loan
- Brooks: I think there could be a UI-only feature to catch that.
- Brooks will reach out to Charlotte about it
- expected behavior: it should not be possible to change the barcode, item state, ... if in a protected state like 'on loan'
- it should be logged as well - like a barcode history
- Is th Circ log the right place for a history?
