Notes:

  • cleaning up the Jira UXPROD-1057 - Getting issue details... STATUS
    • UIIN-268 Create Brief Instance records when items are acquired (can be deprecated?)
    • UIIN-269
      • Collect user stories / review the existing examples
      • for the people who are not as familiar with cataloging it would be nice to have a simple template for creating an item fast (most of the library systems have that)
      • for further working on this item (cataloger view) a meassage/filter/indication would be good 
      • No default message to the cataloger but a check-box (notice cataloger) which should not be ticked by default
      • Supress from discovery layer tick box (y/n)
      • What should be basic fields/elements?:
        • Author
        • Title
        • Publication date
        • ISBN/ISSN (Frage)
        • add additional fields (modify the template)
        • autogenerated human readable ID
        • ressource type (will be a drop down menu with the option to pick other so it will not get to complicated)
        • material type
        • location (dropdown of all the shelving locations of the sp the person is at/for now: the existing location look up)
        • Item status
        • call number
        • call number type
        • internal/staff notes
        • Item note
        • Loan type
        • Barcode
        • do we need a routing field/tick box (Frage)
