Purpose: To disable the item barcode link in Request details in the Central tenant (in ECS environments with mod-tlr enabled). The link will not work because the item is located in a data tenant. (Maybe an error is better than disabling? How else could this link be used?)

As a circulation librarian,
I do not want broken or unusable links in Request details
so that there is less confusion when reviewing and working with Request details
