Loans in-app report: Weekly overdue report

This feature will be in DRAFT status until has a chance to review it.

I removed the rankin on this one so it shows up in our lists of things to rank next week

the csv overdue report in snapshot now should satisfy Chalmers' go-live requirement, but it is the thin thread for this feature, not the final version of this report. The final version will likely be a more robust "in-FOLIO report" with some filtering capabilities as larger institutions will have too many overdue loans for a simple csv export to work.

, and can you guys please revise the Chalmers ranking on this? should give you what you need to go live. I would imagine you could wait for the more robust version of the report.

This would be helpful in-app for Duke but only if additional criteria could be added, e.g., by location, tag, etc. Just a list of overdues from a service point would be enormous for many of our desks and so not as useful without being narrowed down.
