NFR: Improvement of the notification of exceptions when manually uploading COUNTER files
Description
If error messages are generated when manually uploading COUNTER reports, as a user I would like to see a window informing me that the file used is invalid instead of a notification at the bottom.
Use Case
There is an upload form for uploading Master COUNTER reports manually. The program checks whether the uploaded file is a valid Master COUNTER report. An error message may appear when uploading the file, as in principle all file types can be uploaded. This means that an error message can also appear for Master COUNTER reports if they are not valid or if the user has not uploaded a master report but only a standard view.
The notification at the bottom currently used is not useful for users. This notification must be improved.
If error messages are generated when manually uploading COUNTER reports, a window should be displayed containing the message instead of the notification at the bottom. A button Choose other files to upload takes the user back to the upload form. Another button Close takes the user back to the record of the usage data provider.
