Search: Add filter for COUNTER report release

Description

As a user, I would like to have the ability in the eUsage application to filter out COUNTER report releases via the search function so that I only see the usage data providers that contain the selected releases as downloaded COUNTER reports. It should be possible to select multiple options. If multiple options are selected, all criteria will be taken into account in the search.

Use Case / Example

For reasons of content, it may be relevant to only use reports from a corresponding release version. For example, the way the metrics are created could be different between report release versions.

Concept / Screenshots

Search & filter > New filter "Report release" (mulit-select)

• All available downloaded COUNTER report releases are displayed. This means that the version number of these available COUNTER reports are displayed.

• If the user selects one or more of the options, the reports with the release version(s) is searched immediately without having to click on the “Search” button. If multiple options are selected, all criteria will be taken into account in the search.

Acceptance criterias (UAT)

• As a user, I have the ability in the eUsage application to filter out COUNTER report releases via the search function "Report release".

• All available downloaded COUNTER report releases are displayed. This means that version number of these available COUNTER reports are displayed.

• As a user I can select multiple options (mulit-select).

• The filter is applied immediately without having to click on the “Search” button.

• When the filter is applied, only the Usage Data Providers that have the selected report versions appear.
