Users - UI Cleanup before custom field enhancements - pt. 1

Description

Current situation or problem:

In order to best implement desired Custom Field enhancements, some cleanup needs to be done in the Users UI.

In scope:

Cleanup of the following areas:

  • Renaming “Create” buttons to use “New” instead

  • Update the “Patron has block(s) in place” warning to use the MessageBanner stripes component

  • Update the label on the header of the left column of the Users app to “Search & filter”

Hi Amelia,
I'm Juan and I'm giving support to the University of Zaragoza and they request to add a user photo in the place for the photo in the Folio user app. Do I need to create a new issue or are you already working on it? ... if you can tell me which are the steps to create a new issue I would appreciate it, because I'm new in the Folio community and I'm only aware of the issues of my client in Jira.
