UX: Check out - update fields for display after item is scanned

Description

Purpose: The fields we currently have on the Check out app for displaying the data that has been scanned needs to be updated to include:

  • Title

  • Call number

  • Location Barcode

  • Loan policy

  • Due date & time

Display:

  • Total items checked out

  • The item just scanned should be listed first

In scope for this story:

  • Update fields, buttons, layout as you think might make sense

  • Review with the SIG to get feedback

  • With final mock-ups, it would be great if you could include information about what happens after pressing on "End Session".

I think this can be marked closed. If the SIG has changes they need, we can create a new story. Thanks! I'm going to create a story for development next sprint (yay)

Hi would you mind attaching the checkout-items-scanned-4.png here? For some reason I can't access the dropbox folder. Thank you!

Hi . and I met with the RA SIG and the latest design for the data to be displayed when an item is checked out is posted: checkout-items-scanned-4.png
Additionally the librarians suggested the idea of being able to pull the divider between the two areas to make the left side smaller. Here is what I think that would look like: checkout-items-scanned-5.png. Let me know , , , if you think this would respond differently. If you compare the two screens, you'll see the reflow of the data on the left that responds down to a narrower pane.
