I want to access the Mediated requests app
so that I can create requests for secure patrons.

1. Scenario:

   • Given the FOLIO landing page

   • When the Apps dropdown list is open

   • Then I see a new app icon and option for Mediated requests, written in sentence case

2. Scenario:

   • Given the Mediated requests landing page

   • When viewing a result list

   • Then the new app icon will display
