UX: When a holdings record has many item lines listed, e.g. 20, 100, 200, 1000

Overview: Rethink the existing display with item records associated with holdings record, for when we have a much larger number of items listed that the current 10 items per holding. The numbers could easily be: 20, 100, 200, 500 and maybe even 1000.

This is a follow up on UIIN-510.
