Create-User: Passwords shown in plain text

Description

When typing in a password, it appears in plain text. The password should probably be masked.

Auto-suggestions should also be disabled if possible so previously entered passwords don't appear as suggestions.

Manual test in FOLIO test http://folio-testing.aws.indexdata.com/ version @folio/users 2.9.100471 1.8.100168, using Chrome.

When creating a new user, you now by clicking on the icon to the right of the in-put box can shift between having the user password read-able in plain text or being masked.

Auto suggestion is turned off.

I'll close this issue as done.

Observation:
Now adding a new user, has diku_admin and this users password written visual in the form. See screen cast https://screencast.com/t/BkofbM29d. I'll file this as a separate bug.

Accessibility requires that the password can be shown if the user needs visual feedback when entering it.

Note: this might be handled by adding a check-box to control.
