When selecting Associated service points for a Fee/fine owner at Settings==>Users==>Fee/fine: Owners, you will notice that the Associated service points column is not aligned when there is only one Associated service point (as shown in attached screen print Screen Shot 2019-01-09 at 1.37.13 PM.png).
A Fee/Fine Owner may have one or many Associated service points, as shown in attached screen print Holly-print-more-than-one-associated-service-point.JPG, so I don't think we were necessarily trying to align one if there is only one. It would look better, so if we have time at some point we should do this. Also, we may discover that most Fee/Fine Owner only have one Associated service points, in which case the alignment becomes more noticeable.
