Users: Loan Details screen not working

Description

Unable to see Loan Details on Patron record or retrieve by clicking on item record. Clicking on either link reverts to User Record Search Screen. See attached error screenshot below

Hi - I'll move this to UI-Users. This is not really an Inventory (UIIN) bug, but some linking going wrong in the Patron record, the accordion Loans:
