Create/Reset Confirmation Modal : Copy link functionality

Description

As a Folio System Administrator
I want to be able to copy the create/reset password link
so that I can send the email myself.

Modal Message: Copy Create a password link

  • Mockup https://drive.google.com/open?id=0By8ccf5VV4EWREVNQWJwRGphb0E

  • Modal should provide a way to copy Create a Password link (See #2 on mockup) and copy Reset a password link

    • This link should be same one included in the email

    • If user clicks Copy link then display in green right below the Copy link textbox [Link copied to clipboard]
