Overview: The default sort for the user list is not longer name and clicking the column header for Name and Patron Group does nothing. Interestingly, if you display inactive users in the list, sort on Status and then on Name, something does happen (but it is not sorting alphabetically by name).

Steps to Repro:

1. Log into demo-test

2. Go to Users

3. Note the sort order is not alpha by last name with first name as secondary sort (I am pretty sure it used to be, although when we implemented it, I guess we had two separate columns for first and last name ( seems to be the issue)

4. Click on Name to try to sort by that column - nothing happens

5. Click on Patron Group

Expected:

• Name should be default sort (alpha by last name, first)

• Clicking Patron group column header should sort by that column

• Clicking Name should sort by that column

Actual: Sort is only working for Email, Status and User ID.
