Description: The first time during a session that a loan-details page is displayed, it immediately re-displays the calling page.

Expected Behavior: Clicking a loan-details link will display the loan-details page

Actual Behavior: Clicking a loan-details link for the first-time during a session displays the loan-details page, then immediately displays the original page. Subsequently during the same session, clicking a loan-details link works as expected.

Steps to reproduce:

1. In the users app, find a user with open loans

2. Click the "Loans" accordion to open it

3. Click the "N open loans" link

4. From the "•••" menu, click the "Loan details" link for any loan

5. Observe that nothing seems to have happened

6. Click the back button

7. Observe that, actually, the loan-details page was displayed but was immediately followed by the "Open loans" page again

8. From the "•••" menu, click the "Loan details" link for any loan

9. Observe the loan-details page, as expected
