Loan Details Missing Data

Steps to repro:

1. Log into http://folio-snapshot-stable.aws.indexdata.com

2. Go to Check out

3. Select a patron from the popup

4. Check out an item by pasting in a valid bar code

5. Open the actions menu (you may have to horizontal scroll to the right o get there)

6. Select Loan details to view the full loan detail record

Expected: Loan detail record should display and data should be populated for the loan. There should also be an actions menu showing at the bottom with an audit trail of actions taken on the loan (there should be one action for the check out).

Actual: Loan details is missing lot of data and the whole actions table is missing
