Issues Logging Into FOLIO using Password Manager (Dashlane)

Description

Overview: I use a password manager called Dashlane and it's not working with FOLIO the way it does with other sites which makes me wonder if there is an issue with the way our login fields are configured.

I decided to give it a try and installed a fresh dashlane. It looks like everything works for me though. Please see the attached screencast.
