hide Proxy section when user lacks permission

Description

The Proxy section of the user-details pane should be omitted if the authenticated user lacks the proxiesfor.collection.get permission.

  1. Added user with all User module exceptions except viewing proxy info.

  2. Logged in as that user.

  3. No proxy info visible

  4. Added the persmissios to view proxy info in the new user

  5. Proxy info is now visible.
    Works as expected.
