Loan Count On User Details Flashing Incorrect Count

Description

Steps to Repro:

  1. Log into folio-testing

  2. Go to Users

  3. Click on the first user in the list and watch the loan count on the collapsed section.


Expected: It shows the number of open loans for the user

Actual: It flashes a number (maybe always "1"?) before showing the number of open loans for the user.

This is working correctly now. Three "thinking dots" flash and then the correct number of open loans appears.
