Save button not always enabled when saving roles to multiple affiliations

Description

Save & close button disables after selecting another, already fulfilled affiliation

Potential Workaround

User can close the record, reopen it and edit roles for one affiliation at a time. Saving and closing after editing the roles of each affiliation.
