Overview: pagination on "Patron preregistration record results" page returns unexpected results and does not work properly

Preconditions:

• Preregistration records exist (at least 200) - see case https://foliotest.testrail.io/index.php?/cases/view/523652 for guidance

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in to snapshot as admin

2. In “Users” app click “Actions” → “Search patron preregistration records”

3. Perform search to retrieve at least 201 preregistration records (type “*” in search box and click “Search”)

4. When results are returned, click on “Next” pagination button

Expected result: Next page of preregistration records is opened with next hundred of records (labeled as “101-200”)

Actual result: “Next” button became disabled, next page is not opened. If sorting is applied, empty page is opened with label “1-200” and it may be scrolled up to records from first page

Additional info: columns sorting functionality can not be testes properly due to this pagination issue - sorting returns not all records and sometimes in wrong order.
