Purpose:

To make necessary changes to clean up the Extended information accordion on the user edit page in preparation for planned Custom Field enhancements.

Scenarios:

1. Scenario:

   • Given a user A logged in, editing a user record

   • And the “Extended information” accordion is expanded

   • When the info icon is selected

   • Then the help message reads:

     • Select the Delivery checkbox to choose Fulfillment preference and Default delivery address.

2. Scenario:

   • Given a user A logged in, editing a user record

   • And the “Extended information” accordion is expanded

   • And the “Delivery” checkbox is not checked

   • When the “Delivery” checkbox is checked

   • Then the Fulfillment preference and Default delivery address fields are enabled for editing and the

3. Scenario

   • Given a user A logged in, editing a user record

   • The “Extended information” accordion is expanded

   • And the “Delivery” checkbox is checked

   • When the “Delivery” checkbox is un-checked

   • Then the Fulfillment preference and Default delivery address fields are disabled for editing and any data in those fields is removed.

4. Scenario

   • Given a user A logged in, editing a user record

   • and no Departments are configured in Users Settings

   • When he “Extended information” accordion is expanded

   • The “Department name” field is not displayed

5. Scenario

   • Given a user A logged in, editing a user record

   • and no Departments are configured in Users Settings

   • When he “Extended information” accordion is expanded

   • Then the “Department name” field is displayed as a multi-select below “Request preferences”, above “Username”
