Purpose: If users are able to have multiple affiliations there must be a way to review all the affiliation a particular user has. 

User story statement(s):

As a system administrator,
I want to be able to see a full list of affiliations for a given user
so that can more efficiently and effectively manage user and troubleshoot issues with permissions

Scenarios:

1. View affiliations: (Moved to UIU-2821)

   • Given user has appropriate permissions

   • When selecting a user record

   • Then Affiliations accordion is displayed display in the user record view pane

   • AND all affiliations are listed

2. View permissions for any affiliations:

   • Given you are viewing a user with multiple affiliations

   • When expanding the user permissions accordion

   • Then affiliations dropdown is displayed above permissions list

3. Active affiliation of viewing user is selected by default:

   • Given you are viewing a user with multiple affiliations

   • When expanding the user permissions accordion

   • Then affiliations dropdown has your users active affiliation selected by default

   • AND the user in questions permissions for that affiliation are displayed
