"Confirm" button can be pressed multiple times when User try to make Item "Claimed return" because of which several actions are created

Description

Overview:  "Confirm" button can be pressed multiple times when User try to make Item "Claimed return" because of which several actions are created on the "Loans details" page
Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into snapshot environment as User X

  2. Check out any Item for any User

  3. Open just created Loan

  4. Make Item declared lost

  5. Click on ""Claimed returned" button>add some Aditional info and and quickly press on "Confirm" button several times 

Expected Results: "Confirm" button  should become inactive
Actual Results: "Confirm" button can pressed multiple times after which several actions appear
